Riot help me
Can i get my perma banned remove and ask a perma chat restriction instead or its not an option?

Chermorg3 votesRiot does not remove validly issued permanent suspensions from accounts. Your final warning was the 14 day suspension you received before a permanent one. A permanently suspended account is gone - there is no more access to it and the content on it is non-transferable.
If you'd like to start a new account, you're welcome to, but you'll have to start from the beginning.
