Friendlist after ban
Is there any way to check your friendlist through a website or some other app or whatever,Because if i'll create another account i want to invite some people of my friendlist.Ty

Lolfriends or opgg might work, but you should probably delete or hide the text to prevent downvotes
If you can, I would be worried. If you cannot access your account (due to ban) directly from the League client, 3rd party website or API should not be able to either especially for something private like a friend list (not publically available for anyone to view like your match history).
