I Got Banned for Using a Script as a skin enhancement.
I am sorry i used scripts, but i don't think i should have been for using them to enhance the skins. Please, look at this RIOT.

What you "think" is irrelevant. You broke the rules. You got what you deserved.
The script that he used, was only for enhancing skins, to be honest, I think he should be given a chance, he's learned his lesson

How should riot decide that it is purely cosmetic change? And why should they believe that it is just cosmetic change. Too much work. And don't forget you accepted the license agreement.
Regardless, I would allow banned players to pay some money and get back their account once.

Using any kind of script is bannable, it sucks that you got banned for it but it was easily avoidable.
