you seem to have forgotten the part where he was buying several accounts to evade bans and intentional walk-down-mid child-like feeding when he didn't get what he wanted. Love how his fanboys think he got indefinitely banned just for being toxic.

You forgot to mention how he's also someone who streamed and just gave an even worse rep to a community that's already labeled as the most toxic.
Anyone who has purposely afk'd deserves a ban if they do it even relatively frequently. I say keep him banned so that others can still enjoy this game for what it is.

He has 17 or 19 permad accounts. He is not as toxic as Bronze through Gold, they couldn't even reach his level of toxicity even if they tried.

C9 Hai is a professional player. His attitude and character wasn't legendary. Telling players to ban other players is suppose to be a bannable offense.
Not sure what tier this is, but did anyone even notice the Lulu? She was typing more than playing and being just as negative. Again, I don't know what tier this is, but Lulu wasn't positioning correctly or reacting to her ADC correctly. She was also focusing mentions in lane and during fights. Didn't ward anything in this footage. Spamming pings while being unhelpful.
Anyone notice the Malphite? Didn't have an ult, was low on health and mana but still stayed in their lane bringing even more pressure.
Vayne Jungle in a Ranked higher tier game alone will ruin this game and should be punishable. Again, this is Ranked. Riot is too lenient on allowing players to pick any champ they want, regardless if it is beneficial to the team comp or not.
Overall, the whole team was frustrated and playing poorly. Regardless of Tyler's action, every lane was already losing. I also don't understand how the Rammus Top is 2-0. Again, this is a high elo game where NONE OF THIS SHOULD BE HAPPENING.
Improve the matchmaking. Create a true gauge of a player's skill. Reward and punish LP based on individual and team play.

Sure, lets unban him for ya. Tell you what, after we do that we are going to disable your option to report players after the game, then we are going to take the players who get constantly reported for the same things he was banned for and give them matchmacking priority with you so you end up in the same games as them. Then after about 10-15 games with nothing but "kys kid" or afks, or people running down mid feeding because the jungle didn't spoon feed the mid laner a kill we invite you to return to the forums and explain how you are feeling then. Since those people you would be matched with are doing the same things that your god tyler1 does and since you petitioned to have him unbanned, meaning you think it's ok to do those things, you should have to experience what it's like to be matched with someone who plays just like him for 10-15 back to back ranked games. Since he encourages this kind of behavior it would be horrible to have him unbanned. Unbanning him is just like Riot saying:
"Have you reformed?" "Yes! I swear! I love life now!" . . . "Are you gonna play nice with others?" "Cross my heart Riot <3" . . . "Alright we believe you, don't do it again"
