I am fucking pissed off. How many more people need to complain about being perma banned from a 3rd party app, that they have no idea about, for you to realise something is wrong. People are losing their accounts, and you are all to busy blindly praising the autoban system to look into it. You guys seriously think this many people cheated? Atleast look into, this shits pathetic.
It's very possible to get a 3rd-party ban and never have "cheated". This happens when there is code on the computer that could be used to cheat. It's most often a zoom hack squirreled away in something else. That's why 3rd-party programs of any sort can be very, very dangerous.
Also, scripting and 3rd-party bans are all manually reviewed. A human being looks at every single one of them.
Same thing happened to me as everyone else, have only ever used curser and razer cortex for a little fps boost by suspending unused processes. I mean really why would I ruin my 3+year old account with almost every champ and things for some stupid little script? C'mon right please respond to us and tell us what is happening with all of these false bans
Please look into it! I 100% did nothing wrong.
Same thing just happened to my friend. We are fairly certain it was because of curse, but good old Riot support can't disclose to him what exactly he was banned for.
