How do you report someone from boards for their games?

Just op.gg'd this guy who was bitching about his games being unwinnable. Well no shit, you can find 10 games in a row in this guys match history where he averages 300 dmg. Probably goes out till the first death, then runs it down. Either he has scores like 0/something double digit/0 or 0/1/0, im guessing whether he felt like inting or afking that game. This legit is for like... 80 fucking games. Dudes in iron from inting... making posts raging about iron players being bad...

All I wanna know is how tf can this player be reported without having to actually be in those games? Because im not gonna lie, it kinda pisses me off that I've lost fking accounts for arguing with people about how a game got lost, and this guy has EIGHTY FUCKING GAMES OF INTING, and isn't being banned.

You can create a Support ticket with links to the player's match history and/or OP.GG and/or Screenshots of a specific game if you feel like.

Well there's a Support Ticket option for reporting people now, and you can provide the link to his op.gg profile.

You can only report people in the post-game lobby. Even people with whom you have played, if you left lobby, you can no longer report them.

Think of the abuse...
