EDIT: Oh and once your suspension is lifted, I'd recommend being completely and utterly silent in all your games, except for only the utmost necessities such as timers and mia's. You're on super thin ice before a permanent ban.

Banning system is literally broken and it punishs you even for only beeing too talkative or writing words from blacklist. Words like "retard" are for sure there. Even when you only quote another player's statement with ugly words, it counts also negatively for you.
