Account Got Broken Into then Banned for 3rd party applications

As the title says, I have been banned from the use of 3rd party applications during a period I was not playing. About 2 days ago my account got broken into without alerting my email. So today I was checking my E-mail and stumbled upon a notification that my account had been banned for "the use of malicious 3rd party programs". I checked up on my match history and saw three games I had not played.

I have filed a ticket and am waiting for a response.
