Two games determines a perma-ban, can you stop Riot?

I said "okay, maybe i deserved it" the first time it happened, so i did what people tell you to do re-level an account, start again with a more positive attitude, and i tried. But these two specific games placement games i played this morning, had to been one of the most tilting and rage-inducing experiences i had ever had in this game. And i think i deserve a "second-chance" if you'll be as kind as to let me have one. I'm not gonna beg, i'm not gonna argue, i'm just asking.

I will tell you what sparked it both games, to better understand what exactly happened, from my "experience" with toxic people, i don't think this was as deserving as a PERMANENT BAN after just recently being unbanned, yeah i "talked a lot" that's what happens when you're trying to get people to understand that a game is still winnable.

Edit: Also forgot to add that no, i did not want to dodge these games, because then they count as losses towards your placements so i played them out and did my best until the end reguardless of the outcome. So i dealt with the "toxicity to toxicity" not tanking my MMR just to get out of 2 measly games, didn't ever think that TWO GAMES would make my entire account deemed as "super duper toxic" even though i see people with racist terrible names get away with stuff like it every day.

Final thing i noticed, people that have "proper grammar" or you can actually manage to read and understand fully what they're saying have a WAAAAAAAY higher chance to be banned. Maybe that's just me, but i noticed that people that "tlk liek dis" and stuff are less likely to get banned even if they are toxic, but you can barely understand what they're saying.

Game 1 (The twitch was autofilled in the role support so you already know where this is heading, he didn't want to support. While in champion select he decided that we should ban Twitch, well everyone on our team said that we should ban darius, so we did, when it became his turn to pick a SUPPORT, he instalocked Twitch, i didn't question it completely seeing as how he might show me otherwise that twitch support would work, and oh boy did i mistake him, he did exactly what i thought he would, he MADE himself the adc, he took my farm, he took the mid laners farm, and the jungle camps from the jungler, telling them to "get good" and stuff, and just generally made it a bad experience for everyone.)
