Continuous crashes, infinite queue, leavebuster -> feedback

Hello! i wonder if someone is experiencing the same huge decline in customer experience. Four things together are killing the fun of playing league and wanted to check if it is an isolated or common scenario.

  1. Long lines to start a game: after you wait 2/3 mins to start a game, someone leave queue in the middle of champion selection. you need to wait again and after 2-3 resets you end up in a role you did not queue for.
  2. Since the release of the new client, the game became way more buggy: Sudden crashes, especially on game loading. require to reboot game or PC
  3. 3 mins game quit option if started as 4vs5: while this is a good thing, if the game crashed you are out because you cant back in time
  4. AFK leavebuster punishment: 20 mins wait x 5 = 1h

the sequence of ##@# events that screw the fun are the following (Example yesterday night): Start with 1. QUEUE 2-3 times ->wait 20 minutes to start a game and play support because everytime you get mid/bot someone else quit and needed to queue again Then 2. game is finally starting but crashes on the loading screen! (i have a top alienware to play. Nothing is installed beside 2 games + play on ethernet cable). Then 3. cant get back in time -> lose game, lose points back in line. Then 4. since it seems to me every 2 times this event happen you get hit by leavebuster =1h wait

on average, everytime i get the message: the client need to restart for a "short update" and i try to start a game that sequence of event is almost guarantee

Long story short, when i want to play league and play 3 games in a row i can watch a 40Mins tv serie in the downtime.... never experience such before

Anyone else is experiencing the same decline in customer experience? if it is just an isolated case then there is something wrong with my laptop but literally no other game do that.

thanks for your help,

I think you can still use the old client if the new one is too buggy on your current system.

Sounds like an isolated case.

If you haven't done so yet, try to turn on the 'low spec mode' in the client settings.

You might also want to submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and have them analyze your computer / connection.
