after last update lot of crashes and bans

since last update the client started to crash again constantly. Got already 4 times the 20 mins x 5 delay). Thankfully no other player has been damaged but this is the second update in the last year that this problem happens. I would be able to reconnect but the 3 minutes surrender make it impossible. I never experience such bad CX on any other game. I already quit once for this reason and came back. Used ur customer care service without any solution beside usual list of things that i already do.
