Just ran into a player named "<Removed By Moderation>" who was awful in pre-game lobby (naturally). He dodged so I couldn't report him. He claimed that he's been reported for the name many times but that it was determined his name is fine.
This name is unacceptable and I can't believe that I'm the first person to try to report this.
Don't post it on the boards, it falls under name and shame. You need to make this a ticket as well so it gets viewed on two fronts.
Keep in mind he could have recently name changed, so it is totally plausable you were the first person who saw his new name.
Hey there. I've edited the name out of your post. We have rules here against naming or shaming, regardless if the person in question is guilty of something or not. As long as you reported this player using the in-game report system, or by submitting a ticket to Riot Support, there's nothing more you need to do.
