Permanently Banned, possibly hacked?

This morning I played two games and after my last game I went to go eat breakfast for about two hours. When I came back, I found a description on my client that said "Permanently Suspended..." and so I was really confused because I have never been reported or banned before. I would say my in game behavior is average and I have never told anyone to go kill themselves or any of that sort. So I sent a ticket. I kept trying to log in my client and it said it would send me an email so I figured to go check my email but I have never received anything. Eventually I logged in on the website so that I could go check which email I have signed up the account on. Then there I saw it was an email that I never used before. The ending was @sohu.com and all of my emails end in yahoo. I googled sohu email it showed up as some kind of chinese related business email. Any thoughts?
