Is this bannable?

So I was in my G1 promos and going into the game we had a pretty good comp. All was going well, normal game, until 20 mins in. Enemy team decides to go ahead and take infernal drag (about 4 of them) and Shyvana pings Baron. I (Cait) and Shyv start doing baron and gets it to about 5k hp and I decide to ping Shyvana back because we were about less than 30% health and the enemy team decides to come to Baron to stop us. After the failed baron attempt, Shyvana leaves the game for about 5 minutes and decides to come back. We win a 4v5 teamfight and was happy Shyv came back. But to our surprise Shyvana goes ahead and continues to clear her jungle completely ignoring us and the enemy team. There were instances where she would deliberately pass by the enemy team within inches and would completely ignore them letting us die. Mind that she had about 7 kills and was dealing massive damage and was essential to our teamfighting because she got fed early in the game. She was aware we were talking to her and finally decides to talk. She says "Cait ruined the game baron was 3k hp" and continues to pass by the enemy team letting us die. He did this for about 2 or 3 times. I downloaded the replay and have proof of her doing these things. Should I take action so that she wouldnt be ruining any other games aside from ours?

if baron was for real 3k HP its op clear its your team fault. but that doesnt mean its right what she did. So i wont make my vote on this.

This isn't "bannable" but still a "reportable offense". Clear lack of communication or refusal of communication is a minor reportable offense but a reportable offense nonetheless.

Actions taken to deliberately lose are punishable. You should report her for AFK farming the jg.

For any of the individual fights, it could be just a tactical disagreement as to which fights to take when, but as a whole, refusing to engage the enemy is reportable as AFK.
