Let's list words that make you eyeroll.
I'll start. I hate seeing the word circlejerk. The word carries such a pretentious, "I'm better than everyone" attitude, that makes me almost instantly discredit the statement that follows the word.

The irony being, of course, that it's the perfect word to describe this forum, given that I see nothing but one sided discussions on how the system is perfect, everyone who gets punished deserved it, and mean people deserve to have all their time and effort flushed down the toilet.
Perhaps thou doth protest too much?
But to contribute to the discussion. Salt, and it's derivatives. From the moment I heard it I thought it was the dumbest slang term I've ever heard, and I can't believe it's used to the extent it is. What sucks is how it's used to dismiss any legitimate grievance behind a smokescreen. It's like "Jelly" "U jelly"
Stupid.

I'm a bit confused on that, the term "circlejerk" has nothing to do with elitism. It's generally referring to an echo chamber or closed-mindedness, not necessarily being better than anyone.
Anyhoo, the two that really just make me lose respect for an argument are "kid" (or any other intentionally emasculating term) and using politics to define someone (e.g. "libtard"). I'm of the opinion that if someone can't get through a discussion without insulting the other party, that person doesn't really deserve to have that discussion.
Obligatory "gg ez"
The word 'kid' because according to almost everyone i meet in game, everyone else is apparently a kid.
Lol...do you even know what "circle jerk" is? It has nothing to do with being condescending or pretentious. It's also 100% acceptable, as long as everyone is back to back or doesn't make eye contact.
Any time I'm scrolling through the comments of news articles on Facebook or something and I see a comment that goes like this, for example: "Donald Trump wants to kick out all the illegals? He and all his supporters are pushing a xenophobic, bigoted, hateful, oppressive oppression of bigotry and racism. We can't kick them all out because they are too many of them, and it would cost billions of dollars to do so." For some reason the whole "vomit as many negative words as you can into a sentence" causes me to ignore anything else they say and keeps me from taking them seriously, even if they make good points after it.
The word feminist (and feminazi) because if you don't think constantly about sexing up a video game female, you're a feminist!
And for a word that's just slightly irksome to me: the term 'big' when referring to how fed a player/champion is getting. 'Wow, when did she get so big!' 'He's really big, we have to kill him.'
it just sounds dumb.
It always grinds my gears when people say "rekt" in all chat. Especially when you lose.
I've never been a fan of the word "moist". Something about it just feels dirty. It's that t at the end. It makes me feel like I need an adult.
"obvious riven main" when i start to get heated. this only makes me want to rip through the speakers computer screen and slap the shit out of them. you feed then stereotype when the person who has to deal with you becomes irritated.
"its just a game dude have fun"- 0-10 ranked player with 500 games that was tryharding in the beginning but has to act cool now because he realizes he played god awful.
'rekt' irks the shit out of me.
or
'you're the worst support' which just makes me giggle b/c I know they're full of shit.
It doesn't really bother me that much, but I always have to shake my head when someone in my game says something to someone like "you suck noob. No wonder you're bronze." I just sit there and think "but yea, you're in bronze too so what does that say about you?"
It also cracks me up when ppl say you "ks" them even though the enemy flashed and your allies flash is down and they are well out of range with no dots on them. I don't get why it's a bad thing. Yes, yes I did kill secure. You're very welcome. You're gonna be awesome with that Rabadon's I just helped you finish buying ^.^
