Ive just had a bard feed to 0-5-0 at 5 minutes and laugh with the enemy team about this. He is clearly trolling so i apologised to my team and left the game because im not wasting 20 minutes fighting a fed lane 1v2. So no riot i dont want to 'reconnect' to that game. i want to play the actual game as intended.

I wouldnt be suprised if you suspended my account for leaving the game but i would be amazed if the bard got any kind of retribution and thats the problem. its clear when a played is trolling so why are they not getting banned? or suspended? why not bring back tribunals?

I dont quit games but what choice did i have there? honestly riot tell me what i could have done to prevent this or play the game as intended? because i cant see anything.

So lets go ahead and get this out of the way; it isn't always clear who is trolling. Yes, there are some cases that might be easy to identify, but there are also many where it isn't.

If no one reports the player after the game, then there is definitely no punishment for the offending player, because as far ad the system is concerned; they did nothing wrong. In my opinion, you lost the ability to belly ache about that player when you decided to abandon the rest of your team. You guaranteed that you wouldn't be reporting him and, again, if no one does it is unpunished.

What are you expected to do: Play the game you queued up for. Does it suck that somebody is doing something bad? Yes. Does that mean you get to quit? No. Make challenges for yourself to work on. Safe to say you are probably going to be pushed, practice last hitting under tower. Practice timing for abilities, maybe try animation canceling.
