Riot support assistance [Rioter necesary here]

So basically i was writing about my account on riot support assistance without to give my name of my account in the case , and asking about stuffs etc... , and at a moment a Rioter support asked for my name and username , so he can look throught , the problem is that soon after , someone else connected to my ticket ,and block my account permanent to support line assistance ,further more , every account i log into support line assistance gets log out ... , even if i haven't insulted anyone , and haven't done anything wrong .

Could some Rioter make some light , in this case , if i believed he wanted to help me ,when others haven't , what i am guilty with , and why someone can ban my ip , and ban accounts on support line assistance , so i can no longer acces with any account the support line assistance.

Is some kind of joke or not but this ain't the services someone should receive after got permanent banned due to low level negativity , considering someone grief/troll/flame , and never got banned in 8 months , disrupted hard my game , but his kind of behaviour isn't a priority for Riot , but riot knows to ban my account for slightly negative stuffs i even sayd... , i haven't swear anyone ,neither took of them build ,number of deaths , them pick , or anything else ... , i understand you want to do what is right .. ,but how is right to ban someone for slightly negativity in his chat logs ,and to leave someone who troll/grief constantly to don't be banned hundreds of games .. ,such players who annoy much more games ,make others angry and make others to broke rules by making them that angry that they actually turn to go afk/flame/give up do many thinghs , i haven't done any of that when that guy grief in my game... ,haven't gonne afk ,even if i had to play 1 vs 2 bot lane , and not because i was the toxic guy with problems.. ,that guy just didn't wanted to play support as he was autofill , so he thought is okey to flame me and vanish from bot lane and leave me alone...

The funny thingh that none from RIOT GAMES SUPPORT ,don't consider to care , neither any RIOTER , because you all are bounded behind some rules you actually don't know when to apply them and when to don't ... , cause if you would know when to apply your rules and ban people , then WHO EVER WOULD TROLL/GRIEF woulded be instantly punished , if your system would actually care about who disrupt game , it wouldn't ban people for almost nothing while there are hundreds of people who troll/grief and escape punishment system.

I really don't think i have to tell you that you ban a guy who have 2000 games ranked as adc ... , considering i play of 7 years... , and for slightly negativity in my chat logs ,and 0 interest into actually care and discuss my chat logs with me , you keep my account banned , when is obviously not me who should leave your game , neither me the guy who don't deserve to be in this game ,as i proof you that my account i played exactly the next day time of 10 months ,haven't got any punishment , using daily the chat , meeting between 7-15 toxic people per day , is not a low number ... , and certainly not a proper enviroment , to request your players after the 14 days ban to stay chill 8-9 months in order for them to reset them punishment level , and i shouldn't forget to mention , that "you ban people permanent for slightest form of negativity after they touch the 14 days punishment" ,as your support line assistance have been let me to know , the chances for someone to reform and not be permanent banned from mistake , even if he don't deserve are slightly 0 ... , you would totally have to ignore everyone toxicity/troll/grief even if it would be in your lane hundreds of games...

As ADC main , i been experience that in hundreds of games , haven't insult anyone time of 3 months ,touch honor lv 1 after the 14 days ban , played daily adc , having toxic players /griefing players/ trolling players /afk players , i one believe that the issue is in your side if you totally cool to ban someone 140 years for touching such a long periord and for small terms of negativity , i could tell you that likely not even 10% of that game lines weren't something negative ... , and is certainly sure not harming anyone person , or gameplay !!!!!!!!!! .

So i hope someone will act with fairplay and at least come in here to ,make me sure i really deserve to be permanent banned , i want a rioter to actually read this all and share an opinnion about all this akward situation.

Banned on ip ,without to even insult anyone on support line assistance , even a friend account got his account banned on support line assistance just because he allowed me to entry support line assistance to check if what i say is true... , and he got permanent banned on supprt line assistance clearly difference of e-mails etc... ,and this punishment with ip ban ,clearly brokes ToS and can be abused by hackers to steal accounts and also to make the procces of recovering account harder.

Riot doesn't come to the boards, a support ticket is the only way you're going to be able to contact them

I can proof you , my new account is honor lv 3 ,checkpoint 2 , and more than this , i have lv 120 , in 10 months... , and been like 8 times platinum IV , i haven't pushed more much competitive ,because i didn't wanted to be present in toxic games from bronze division , as my friend struggle to exit bronze II and entry diamond and he can't he just constantly meet people who troll/grief/toxic , and me as well , i no have to say that today i meet over 10 persons and played 3-4 games .. , and i also have to do my own data base to see ,if someone who troll/grief pasive got eventually banned for his behaviour .

I have 10 months of using chat after permanent ban ,adding the 3 months prior the permanent banned, is 1 year and 1 month, i received from IFS 1 minut later after last game played ended the permanent ban , i consider that Rioters and support line assistance shouldn't keep people banned if the IFS understand some terms in a wrong sense , and is definetly a mistake over IFS taking some terms like , "report xayah" , when i was speaking about myself , as i was playing xayah ,etc... , and no Rioter actually talked about my chat logs with me and toxic terms ... , so that definetly in my opinnion dosn't sound as a proper way of establish if IFS SYSTEM proceed well or not.

Have you tried logging into the support site from a different browser, or incognito window? There's sometimes a bug where the support site thinks you're already logged in (due to being logged in from the boards), so it blocks further login attempts.
