No 25 game chat restriction?

After egregious toxicity I expected to go from what was a previous 10 game chat restriction that I had reformed from (was eligible for loot again etc), to a 25 CR, and am instead met this morning with a permanent suspension.

Elaboration?

While I was pissed, and did drag out an argument from champ select (Was called a "n****r" by the friendly neighborhood ignite/heal first time intentional feeder Riven in said champ select) I feel like a step was missed here in the process.

Also why are the champ select logs not included in the punishment scorecards?

I'm going to make a wild guess and say you repeated this other player's racial slurs? You should post your reform card so we can determine what may have caused the skip in punishment tiers.

If what you said/did was bad enough you can skip tiers. Stuff like hate speech, death threats, etc are examples.

Feel free to post your chat logs if you need help identifying what you did wrong.

And pre/post game chat is stored and can be manually viewed by Riot but you need to include that in the comment section when you report people.

The steps are generally for minor chat offenses. So depending on what you said you could have been escalated higher. If you post you chat logs that can better be answered.

They do have chat logs for pre/post game. I am not sure why the instant feedback system doesn't automatically use them but it doesn't. If you leave in the description that they were a problem in pre/post game chat it can be used in a manual review. Realistically though most people who are a problem in pre/post game are also a problem in game so I never really viewed this as significant.
