One player, one report.

Lately, I have had to issue at least one report every game. In every game someone is AFK, tells a player to kill themselves, intentionally feeds, or auto-locks. This needs to end.

I play with a team of four people, and usually we are reporting our fifth player. Solo queue is even worse, and I just don't go there anymore if I can help it. The fact that i can't play ONE game with ONE person without experiencing toxicity is ridiculous.

I openly admit that I play with a somewhat negative attitude, but I never auto lock, I never tell people they are bad or need to die, and I never feed the enemy on purpose. My negativity is trained into me by all the toxic player I am regularly matched with, and once I get a game or two without that, I am cheerful and positive again.... and some ******* starts it all over again.

Riot NEEDS a better way of punishing the people that do this. Riot NEEDS moderators that look at games. Riot NEEDS a community that works together to create a safe and comfortable environment.

I do agree with your point but there are a ton of games and I don't think Riot has enough employees to watch every game occurring at the same time

I agree. In the past two games I've been reported for offensive language when in one game I said "adc" in the post game lobby, and just now when I told a toxic player to have fun being banned (he was spamming chat and using a third party scripting software made evident by the script popping up in the game chat) .

These false reports are getting out of hand. I'm honestly losing faith in riots punishment system because it's obvious that the system is not working as intended, yet there hasn't been any indication that they will fix and improve the system. They are focused on immediate punishment, yet aren't focused on quality of punishments. The system would work much better if they delayed the instant feedback system and instead waited til the logs were checked and THEN give a warning/punishment.

Well I think a lot of AFK/Trolling issues will be fixed once season 6 starts. That's usually when people take their MMR more seriously. I think the AFK penalty is a little too lenient in my opinion but that's just me. As far as moderators go, with 67 million accounts it would be impossible to have a mod watch every one. Keep in mind for these 67 million accounts Riot only has about 2000 employees.

I would like to thank the OP for his willingness to personally hire, train, pay and insure the 77,000 new Riot employees required to perform this task.
