Complant --- Afk reporting --- punishing solo q Ranked players

I just finished a match as sup and did really well during the laning phase , but lost due to a afk Jungler. I asked the other team to report and they trolled me. My team mates trolled me as well. Then we were forced to play out the slanted game till all our tower fell due to the split push. My team mates ran into 1v5 battles accepting the match for face value while I supported from tower. This was a Ranked match; how is a guy suppose to climb Elo with rampant AFK's and a in different tribunal voting on the issue.
