Switch acc to another server??

I have an acc on Euw and I have a noob acc on na. I find the people more nicer and less toxic on na so I was wondering if I should move my acc from euw to na? A lot of people will probably say it's a bad idea because of high ping and so on, but the ping is actually the same. I can't feel any difference. But I just wanna know what you guys think? Is it still a bad idea or what do you think?

just change when you "feel" euw is more toxic (you dont feel it, its reality. main reason is the language barrage that is way bigger here.)
