It should not matter at all. I honestly wonder why so many girl gamers make it obvious they are girls by saying it or making their character name girly and their name. I always wondered why I have met so many girls on Xbox and majority of them have gamertags implying they are girls instead of something like Doom Smiter or something of the sort which doesn't imply any gender. Even look at Twitch steams so many in the title have a girl name vs something that you can't tell beforehand if its a guy or girl so more often. No hate or anything just something I have noticed over the years playing games.

Many people made their accounts in middle school too, so they have silly names like theorangemuffin, etc. I'm not upset at you but I don't understand how we should be ashamed of the fact that we aren't guys too. I do understand the Twitch/YouTube issue though because girls abuse their gender to get views/subs/etc, which is pretty shitty for anyone who actually works hard to make quality content. That's totally different though. They're attention whores, who would use some other ploy if they were guys, whether it be trolling like Tyler1, or otherwise.

No I'm not saying I don't like girl gamers its just something of a trend I noticed with many girl gamers making it apparent they are girls. I think it might also be because guys tend to care more about usernames and original ones are tend to have been playing games longer too. You act as though I'm insulting girl gamers in general or something its merely and observation I have made over the nearly 10 years I have played Xbox and PC games.

Unsure as to why gender matters anyways. I get that some "immature" people might see girls in a different light, but in a game skill/having a good time should be more of a priority than whether someone has a hole or a pole down there...

Ty. Well the ping isn't a problem at all. Actually I created an acc on this server because I was told that the people was so much nicer and not as toxic as they are on euw and eune which I wanted to check out.

Lokigamer1 votesi hope you have no trouble finding people to play with :), word to the wise, every server in every massive online game has plenty of trolls and flamers when you get further along. my solution, find a few who aren't and stick with them a while, don't let the occasional flamer matter to you.
i myself am a more serious gamer, running a few teams i built up. made my own small community and haven't been happier. If you need a friend feel free to add me in game, and best of luck in game.
