While your last punishment was quite sometime ago, that alone is not enough to have lowered your punishment tier. As stated multiple times in your previous thread, it takes multiple months of consistent playing with a reformed behavior in order to lower your punishment tier, and this likely results in 100-200 games being played before your punishment tier is lowered. You stated that you've played about 50 games or so since your last punishment, and while you may believe that is enough, it actually isn't enough for the system to determine whether or not you've reformed.
