This guy...

So just played a game with a Zed mid, I was jungle Sejuani. Won't say his name but I do have a match history... Anywho, this guy fed a Panth mid 3 kills in the first 7 minutes then proceeded to spam ping me in my jungle. He then began to follow me around the jungle, for the rest of the game, trying to steal camps and spamming his laugh animation, as well as feeding kills by running in to their team under tower. Then in post game chat he goes on a flurry of insults, including racial slurs.

Needless to say, I definitely reported this guy. If this guy does not get slapped with a perma ban, I will have lost all faith in Riots punishment system.
