Why do I get all the unskilled, trolls, feeders in my team when I play my last promo games to plat 5.

So I have played this game 3 years and haven't past two seasons got to plat because I get all the feeders to my team in the last promo games. Why is the system putting the worst players in the server to my team? PLayers who I remember got in my team. First time in promos i got a Ryze mid who literally went 0/15 in midlane (he was plat 4), lost the game and my promos. Second time in promos I got in two games in a row afk players. So the games were 4v5. Thrid time in promos I get players who are according to OP.GG.EUW "elo hell" by MMR. Today lost again my last game in promos because i got a janna in toplane who went cleanse and tp and went 0/5. And before that game I had another afk player.

"GREAT" SYSTEM LEAGUE OF LEGENDS "NICE" BALANCING IN RANKED SOLO/DUO SYSTEM IN PROMOS!!! I have probably lost about 10-7 times my promos. And i just needed one winitem 3070

I stopped playing ranked after N-th time I got to promos on a 5 game win streak only to discover that players in my team suddenly can't tell up from down...
