Im getting a "Failed to Connenct" window, when im trying to enter my game.

Im getting a "Failed to Connenct" window when i am trying to enter the game. I have strong computer and a good internet accsess. The window says: "Unavle to connect to the server. Please Check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game." Then it asks me to "try again" or to "cancel". Reconnectin isn't working or restarting the client. How to fix? [sg-lux-2]
