Was wondering if anyone else considers it trolling if they get a support who tries to win but doesn't actually support. By that I mean they lock in someone like Zed, build full damage and take's cs from lane but actually tries to win the game but never really trying to help you or you team In a way that a more traditional support like Leona or Soraka would.

Nope. I simply consider it off meta. I may encourage we both get gold gen items so stay up with shared farm.
Oooooof as a supp main I feel really, really bad for the adcs who have people stealing their farm and kills. Farm and kills are crucial to an adc's success in game, even though the boards will probably fight me on that. I don't think stuff like that is really bannable, but it should count as griefing unless you are like duo q'd with a buddy or something. The role of the support is not only to help secure a lane win (and keep the adc alive), but also to make sure the adc is successful and prepared for the late game. Stealing farm and kills can cripple even the most broken of adcs tbh. I don't think it's trolling but it is definitely not desirable.
