LeaverBuster penalty levels

Sometimes, there are those of us who begin the game immature and ragequit. Sometimes, that continues and people need to get penalties. Most of the time, they just spam AI games to get off punishment. Not effective enough. There needs to be a minimum number of wins in pvp without leaving to get off your penalty queue. Furthermore, there needs to be a system such that after x PvP games without leaving, you lower the penalty level. Personally I've reformed myself to the point where i don't deliberately quit games unless i'm relogging. Also, my girlfriend's wifi went out and the team ended the game when we could have waited and she got put on leaverbuster, despite the fact she logged in right as the victory animation occurred. While I fully support LeaverBuster, I do believe that some fine-tuning is needed on the system. says please balance this system.
