Idea to improve community, or just less saltiness

hey Riot, i was thinking that to fix the salty ppl in league, add a secret update so fish out the people that get really bad, ruining their teammates' attitudes. so basically what the idea is that for every insult to a teammate, a counter of sorts goes up, and when it reaches a certain limit, a warning is sent to the player. reports add to this counter. this counter fades off after a while of no insulting, just like the leaverbuster system. once there counter maxes out again after a few warnings, each taking a maxed counter, they are banned for increasing times for each consecutive ban. i think this will encourage the league community to not insult their teammates, which doesn't improve their gameplay in any manner, but just ruins their attitude, worsening their gameplay. and at worst, that experience changes him to being just like the person who made them salty in the first place. i think this would be a really good change, and i hope you add it Riot! thanks for hearing me out, and see you on the fields of justice!
