Why I love League

Since the Preaseason started I've been pissed off. Last season I was a jungle main (Xin Zhao). I was ok. Bronze 3. But for my rank I felt I was pretty good. I was learning Elise and was pretty ok. For a Bronze 3. I had a number of people tell me I was a good jungler. That made me feel good. Since the preseason has started, with all of the changes, I've been completely useless in the jungle. I can't Xin to win anymore. No matter what I try. It makes me sad and has even made me consider quitting League. And last night I had one of THOSE games. I was playing Elise. It was awful. I went something like 1/14/6. Miserable. And my team went all Johnny Storm on me and it got ugly blah blah blah. Really didn't think I every wanted to play League again after that. Then. Tonight. Miracle of Miracles. Played a game. Nautilus supp. Something I've been playing on and off again for quite a while. And I feel I'm an ok supp. Mostly play Leona, some Braum. But I like Naut. I've always liked Naut. Anyway. This game lasted over an hour! It was nuts! My team was behind the ENTIRE game! It wasn't one of those ugly beat downs just a game we were consistently losing. Anyway, we were down. All 11 turrets got smoked, we were up on drags but down on kills and WAY down on gold. Here comes the miracle part. No one flamed. One surrender offer came and was defeated. I said at one point thats it, we're going to lose. But that was it. We kept our heads down. Fought hard. Fought smart. We defended against 2 baron buffs with all turrets and inhibs down. We snagged the 5 drag buff and fought back to finally claim victory at 1 hour 2 minutes into the game! I ended 6/6/~28 with Naut. It was one of those epic struggles back and forth and back agin that, no matter how bad the community can get, no matter how the various updates and patches change the game I've known for some time now, it was the kind of game that reminds me of why I love this game. Its down and dirty, in the muck and mire, trenches and rivers, barons and dragons, kinda team game that is so full of tension and drama. A big shout out to all those guys I got to play with tonight for helping to remind me of why I love this game and continue to play. It really made my day.

P.S.- I wish I had been recording it because I got the drag steal of the year! I managed to steal the drag with Naut's Q and with the whole enemy team on top of me I managed to make it out alive! It was amazing!!!!
