What do I even do in this situation? Do I just report them all? People giving up at the first sign of a game not going their way is a serious issue that just gets worse everyday, but jeez this is just ridiculous. [zombie-nunu-bummed] (PS: I'm the Trundle.)

Yep, report them. It would likely need a manual review to spot the difference between a chronic intentional leaver and someone who has shitty internet problems but I would consider such behavior the same detriment to the game as intentional feeding.
