Trolls in Solo Queue

Ok, I'm sure everyone has heard this before, you get into a solo queue lobby and one guy says 'I don't play X role, I'm an X main', and the moment things don't start going their way, they threaten to troll, simply so that someone dodges but it's not them. I don't know about anyone else in the community but this is obnoxious and shouldn't be tolerated.

And before anyone asks, yeah, I've been in that position. I've been auto-filled on support... not my strongest role, but I do make an attempt to swap with someone and I do warn them that I'm not a super stellar support player if they seem unwilling to swap. If I absolutely MUST play support, I do... even if I suck dick at playing the damned role.

Still, I wish there was a slightly less-impactful penalty for the first dodge because of people like this. Does anyone else agree?
