Why are people still not believing on scripts?

I know only 0.1% of community script, but man, when I know I see one, I just can't deny it.

When I see a riven dash EVERYSINGLE SKILLSHOT PERFECTLY, and I lose the lane because of that, I just can't believe how delusional my team is.

Man, game ended, I reported Riven for scripting and move on. Is that hard? Scripts have been part of games ever since the first one was ever created! It's natural once in a while we see someone scripting/hacking/cheating. Why is it so hard to believe on that on league of legends?

If you think you see a scripter don't hide yourself under a shell, just believe it and report the player. Note however, if you think someone is scripting just because you are losing against it then all I can say is ... take a rest man...

It's because a majority of players (myself included) are just bad and don't really know what a script is. For example, look at this from Reddit:

It's because the community refuses to think that they are bad, that they just blame scripts or "hacks" for the reason as to why they are losing. I don't play a lot of Ranked, but I can't say that I've ever come across a scripter. But I fully acknowledge that they exist.

oh surely scripts do exist, not sure who is saying they don't believe there are scripts. But there is a clear difference in being able to predict and dodge skill shots and scripting.

If they were scripting, they probably didn't need to Q on riven to dodge them. Its not that hard on low ping environments.
