You don't get a 10 min leaverbuster for one game, did you afk in any games.

Only a single one. I panic left because my sister fell down the stairs and came back later to this.

That's not possible, sorry. You absolutely do not get hit with LPQ penalties until you've either AFKed or left a certain number of games over a period of time.

Remember that your internet or computer failing are counted as disconnects all the same. Riot can't tell why you left, only that you did.

That is unfortunate :(. I hope she is okay. Also, unfortunately, LeaverBuster punishments are strictly enforced

From the LeaverBuster FAQ:

I CRASHED AND GOT A LEAVE/MMR LOSS. CAN I GET THOSE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT?

Our system does not allow the removal of leaves or the modification of MMR. It was designed in this manner in order to prevent corruption.

IT'S NOT MY FAULT. MY INTERNET/YOUR SERVERS DISCONNECTED ME. I HAD A REAL-LIFE EMERGENCY. I HAD TO GET OFF THE COMPUTER. THE GAME CRASHED. UNBAN ME!

We understand that players may be forced to leave from time to time so the system has been designed to keep these situations in mind. After leaving a few games, you will be placed into a low priority queue; as long as you can complete 5 matchmade games without leaving, you will be returned to the normal queue. However, if you continue to leave games, you will remain in the low priority queue.

~~Why would you even leave a game?~~

edit: that's a solid reason.

I remember having low-priority queue for a few games because one time on December 29th, 2015 at somewhere between 7:30 and 8PM, a car crashed into my house. Into. I said in-game over all-chat, it was only like 2 or 4 minutes into the game "I have to go, a car crashed into my house. Sorry, everybody." and then I promptly quit the game, put on my coat and went outside to call the police and ambulance and fire department for this 69-year old man whose car was crumpled up like an empty soda can. They had to cut the door off to get him out of the car, and then slice the hood open so they could manually shut off the engine by hand since the ignition popped out of the steering column. Fortunately all he had was a concussion, but still.

The next morning I tried to queue up and was greeted to this. https://i.imgur.com/nNcWmOd.jpg

Everybody gets that the first or second time. Riot has no way of knowing why you left, only that you did.
