Punished by report poll

You only get a notification of punishment when your report is the last straw which triggers the review. Since it takes a lot more than one game to trigger reviews of reported matches, the majority of reports will never result in this notification.

However, as long as the reports are accurate they will contribute to triggering a review later if the person is consistently negative and being reported for it.

I've never actually seen a popup from the IFS saying that someone I reported was punished. And for a while, that was disheartening, since I honestly thought it meant that Riot didn't care about the harassment reports. And then I saw one of Nami's replies xD And it really does make perfect sense. Enough people come here and post screenshots showing the pop-ups, so we know that Riot does actually give out punishments. I'm okay with never seeing the actual act of punishment occur, as long as we get periodic reminders that it does happen.
