3 games in a row I got people who were constantly harassing their team, constantly bringing stuff up that happened 10 min ago, constantly trying to tilt their own players. No instant feedback reports, yet I got 10 game chat ban for telling my team to mute them and play and focus on objectives. This system is horribly broken. SOmething is seriously wrong with this.
First off, you're not going to get an Instant Feedback Report every single time someone you report gets punished. It's extremely rare, and it's not a good source of info as to whether or not someone got punished.
Just because you're not being directly told that someone got punished doesn't mean they didn't get punished.
Second, provide your chatlogs. If you got punished for telling your team to mute others, it may have been an issue with your delivery of those statements, or you could be deliberately ignoring other negative chat in your logs and focusing on that to try and present yourself as innocent.
Without your chat logs, we on the forums are disinclined to believe what you say. It's nothing against you, just that we can't take a claim at face value without proof behind it.
Posting your chatlogs would help.
But I don't need your chatlogs to tell you that we both know you did not just tell your teammates to mute and play the game.

File a support ticket if you feel your punishment was unwarranted.
