The really nasty ones take advantage of the lack of an ability to copy-paste summoner names in the new chat and the fact that most players in North America have english keyboards, non-english summoner name.

In general, I don't believe Riot really polices actions in private conversations like this, because it IS an opt-in experience. It does suck that you experienced that though. :(

I understand the opt in thing. Its just I have all chat disabled so I don't see the toxicity durring the ggame. And when that gane ended I got the friend request. I had no idea the guy was pissed I just thought he wanted to duo.
