Can we work on better banning of toxic players?

Got chat banned for the first time in 4 years of playing LoL after such phrases as "you're tryig to 1v5 stop feeding" and i will admit i was low tier flaming a lucian that told me to "fk off" after he and hIs 3 man team fed the other team 3 kills lvl 1 in ranked and blamed me for "not being there".

I'm just mad that people can spam fa#@ot and ni&$er 20 times with macros at the end of a game but I get banned for not sugar coating my criticism. I don't think I should have to sweet talk my anger when I'm wasting 45 minutes with these guys multiple times a day. I don't tell people to kill themselves or f$%^ off or eat s%&^. And I don't get my honor capsule now which is some bs.

My feelings exactly. No one really believes it til it happens to them, but this is an overlooked point of frustration in league.

All I can offer is be careful my friend- I played league a long time on my main account, got a lot of badges for being helpful and honourable, took the time to help my friends learn the game, and then i got my first chat ban after years of playing with no issues.

Then you work your way through the chat ban listening to the most offensive flaming and harshes slurs, only to get another chat ban after never partaking. Soon enough I received a permanent ban, something I really didn't see coming, since I thought that was reserved for truly despicable people.

Most people think "well, if you got permabanned, you deserve it" not realizing that doesn't mean you had to be hateful, rascist, trolling, or hurtful to others.

So be careful, don't let the frustration get to you- the automated system is extreeeeemely soft, and once you get put on thin ice, it's out for you. Don't do anything remotely negative "gg noobs" is punishable by death, especially if you are saying it to someone who just said "fkn die, kys you pos" to you.

Got the chat logs. I will admit I was raging but the other players dropped all the same f bombs and did so before me. This set the tone for these games. I got my first chat ban in 4 years and 10 game ban for this.

Again, I was mad. But there are no "kill yourself" comments, no slurs, no homophobia. None of the really hateful stuff. It's bronze lyfe and I get that, everyone is on edge, everyone thinks they should rank higher. If Riot is cracking down on verbal offenses that's fine with me and I don't mind the ban. But I would at least like to see that the other side of the story (the other toxic players) are also banned for the same thing. Just because I don't play with a 3 man to report people doesn't mean I should get outnumbered and banned for the stuff almost everyone else does daily.

dude riot game have a really bad ban system :/ that's some thing knows in every other game they prefere banning flamers or trash talkers the banning trolls who ruin the game or pi farmers, did you know that if you go troll and feed without talking you have a very low chance to get banned but if you just get mad a little in chat * like you* you have a great chance to get banned

Its the first like 5 things in that log. The ban system is looking at what you said not them unless you reported them. Riots solution is you either mute them or don't respond with toxic remarks like telling your team they suck. At least I am pretty sure that is it

Welcome to the Cancer that is Riot. Defending yourself or trying to ask someone to not feed is bannable. But the pos that goes 0-10 in lane then calls you dbag. Well hes getting honors.

dude i know exactly what your saying......lol tell people to build lord dom becuase there team is tanky as hell and fck off noob gets repeated....or i was accused of feeding in my last game and they reported me for being awesome i guess .....they didnt like how i played alistar ap bruiser baby .....supp is boring as shyt and useless so i have ot have fun somehow because i cant force u to build right or to listen to pings or read minimap ........

maybe that persons toxicity wasn't frequent enough to get a permaban? they'll get banned eventually if they keep up that toxicity
