banned..... unbanned!

got an email today that my banned account for using "3rd" party progams was lifted because i was wrongly identified. yet in the help tickets it says i was cheating and alll the ec=vidance was stacked against me. so the person doing my help ticket was basicallly like "nope you are 100 percent guilty" and then i get a letter from rito "sorry you didnt do anything wrong" :/ how can i be completly guillty if it was "reveiwed" but then totally innocent because it was a mistake like i was fighting for! :c ugh these people have terrible customer service. im happy to have my account back i diddnt do anything wrong. and sso many other players seem to be banned as welll.

Why would they what? Do ban waves? Because they do them in waves. This one just happened to mess up.

IKR so garbage, oh well, just goes to show how shitty a system analysis program Riot has, wierd too, a billion dollar company can't buy or even make their own software capable of scanning accordingly and who knows how long this has been going on.

I as well got my ban lifted! Congrats man for keeping up the fight! After 3 failed support tickets I got the email. But ya it is crazy how 3 different people said "nope you cheated can't help you" then I get an email saying they made a mistake... they really do need to step up their customer support

It's so frustrating. I'm in the same boat except I haven't had mine reversed (yet hopefully)!

Congratulations on your reversal though, hopefully I soon follow.
