wrongfully banned

Not to sure how to prove i didnt script

i use nvidia, curse and skype i have this thing callled after burner for my pc to make the graphics over clock but i mainly use it to turn up my fans because my graphicxs card fans over heat for some reason.
i have steam and use steam overlay i have this app from google that tints the screen yellow ish to make you sleepy i have a mouse with side muttons and pout my flash and egnite on there

i have somme games recorded on my pc but doesnt rito save your game plays? they said i am using something for my advantage but i dont understand what. ive seen other post with the same thing that peolle are gettign banned and for what?

is there any legall action i can take? i am very willing i did not cheat in any sort. i am willing to invest money just to get back my money i spent on this game and not return. they provide poor customer service with robot replys and they provide no evidance other than just their word and how if they say what it was people will avoid it to not cheat.
