It should be, gold is hell with smurfs. I just had my second smurf open his lane because "im a smurf idc" and then proceed to flame our jungler all game

By itself no, smurfing is not bannable. However, if it's done with the intention to troll and be a jerk and/or circumvent your punishment(s) on your other account(s) then yes it is bannable and all of your accounts will pay the price.

Well, I can confidently tell you that opening up a lane and spending the entire game flaming the jungle are bannable offenses.

But that's independent of whether or not it's a smurf.

What you described isn't really a smurf problem. I've seen countless people who didn't claim to be a smurf (but might be, who knows) just open a lane and flame someone else.

I think what you described is just intentionally feed and trolling.

smurf problems come when people ruin the game experience for less skilled players by playing in a league they don't belong in
