An easy way to deal with trolls/inters

Trolls and intentional feeders or players that play so bad they might as well count as one, if they at the end of the game were to get at least 5 reports for intentional feeding they should not be able to queue ranked for at least 5 normal games. It's unfair that trolls/inters/players this unskilled should be able to play and plague another match, dragging down other players. Yes I know people have bad games but this will help with that, take some time from ranked, try a few blind/draft pick and try to improve or polish up your skills.
