That shit is unacceptable. He completely ruined the game with lack of basic knowledge of how the champion worked. Unskilled reports needs to come back so people like this can be unable to ranked again until they manage to get some wins.

This was never what happened. Players were never barred from ranked for unskilled reports, and in fact matchmaking didn't even take them into account.
Unskilled reports were placebo reports that actually did nothing except coddle the egos of people.

I tell them I have a 20% win rate instead...... usually they're like "well give you another role."
This is why you should op.gg your entire team. If someone is picking something first time, or you have mutliple autofills, etc. you can use this information to make an informed dodge. -3LP > -20LP
I mean, in most cases when people shout "first time blah blah" it really isn't their actual first time playing the champ. Its just their first time in ranked... which has to happen at some point in the season.
Did he tell you this was his 1st time on that champ or did you look him up after the game to realize it?
