Endless theme

Hey guys!

I'm sure that it's already boring for you to read this but I want to ask something about people in this game. Overall I understand that the matchmaking is 50-50 percent and you can't always win. Some of the games you match with really nice teammates , others with bad players !!! BUT !!! are they really bad players or trolls? I got perma ban before because I was toxic as f. Right now I really don't care about games anymore because 80% of my looses are because of trolls and that's makes me really really upset. So I know that you are reporting that "troll" players ,so do I , but I don't feel that they will disappear any time soon. Almost every time I write right before start /ignore all just to be sure not to fight with someone in my team and that is actually helping. But what can I do when the person just troll? I am feeling so disappointed because I can't do anything about it. I don't enjoy such games. I don't enjoy whining as well but that's just it. I wish Riot can perma ban after first warning instead of waiting for person to change because that never gonna happen. So what do you guys suggest? Do you think that Riot should change their system by banning players much faster? If you want check my match history and see how many times I got troll in my game. I made 4 games so far , 3 wins / 1 loose ( 2 trolls in 4 games ) That's ridiculous. Thanks for your time reading this. I hope you have nice day :)
