Moral of the story, this company doesn't want me or anyone like me too play their games. Correction the company wants and invites us to play, the players decide they don't like us and tell the company to kick us out. But all using emotions and opinions rather than facts and realism.

If you have not seen the episode Star Trek TNG"Justice" I'll explain it quick. Wesley is playing with other children and they are all getting caught up in it. One kid throws the ball and Wes goes to catch it and in putting in the effort to ensure he catches the ball he trips and lands on a flower bed and is sentenced to the single form of punishment that exists in that society. Death is the sentence used to deter any crimes and everyone knows exactly what all the rules are. I'm just Wesley here...

What if I had said "Are you just going to keep diving in to the enemy team alone and feeding all game until we lose?" I promise you this is the exact same situation. I can not believe I just got chat restricted for having 3 people in game telling me i suck several times. (they were saying it cuz i gave up first blood to their kat in a sort of 1v1 right in front of our tower while all 4 of them ran behind the tower and danced around. I didn't type anything at this point but i was thinking, "what are they doing?" for like 5 minutes as the kayle (who never spoke once all game) was also struggling and basically got solod down to 100 right away as we were trying to play the game and they were all hovering and running away behind the tower. Then later i was using graves ult to dps the enemy down in lane and they kept "?" pinging me every time even tho i didnt miss a single ult. I guess they just assumed I was wasting my ult because I wasnt using it to get a kill and they assumed they did all the dmg and got all the kills themselves) So I said "you guys are just gonna stand behind the tower while i solofight kat? is your plan to do nothing until we lose?" So yaaa thats what triggered them... I guess its a bit snarky of a thing to say but ... u know.. chat banned? If u heard my tone of voice and u were sitting beside me you'd laugh at the comment cuz its a fairly innocent roast. And... in all fairness that's what they were doing lol. So ya thats what set them off and the dude just HAD to tell me over and over how bad I am.

So I asked the dude to apologize twice and then said "you're a bad person" and asked "would you be mean to me again if we played again?" dude says "yes". Clearly choosing to be an actual jerk. I also told the enemy team to report em for verbal", which i know is a whiney thing to request, but once again as far as I'm concerned I made an undirected comedic roast at my team and they flipped out and couldn't handle it..... chat restricted just because 3 of them were gang-bullying me for asking them to back me up more in the fights.. this isn't right.. i can no longer support your company. I am adding riot to the list that blizzard activision is on. Goodbye riot games. I hereby judge your company morally bankrupt and devoid of humanity. You are hereby sentenced to crumble to the abyss in spirit and in form.

You need to go back to player adjudicated ban system which is part of what made this games community so embedded and passionate about the project. Zero tolerance is not fair treatment for anyone. Zero tolerance is only uniform treatment: If a player chats that player, that deserves to be banned because somewhere, someone was offended by what they said.

Did you not get the memo riot? Project snowflake was cancelled. You lost the SJW-Dictatorship-mentality war. (To clarify what this means.. it means we all took a hard look at ourselves and said "Yeah.. i don't care if you call me the wrong pronoun. I don't care if you call me stupid because your opinion doesn't matter, and therefore while we're having this battle of imaginary opinions I don't care what I say about you either, and none of it matters and we will all forget it 2 hours from now or by tomorrow morning.")

(Last Edit) You know, I really wonder if they were purposely playing super passively and not fighting and letting me die the whole game just to justify me asking them to help and then reporting me in trio and they're probably going around and getting tons of people banned every time they can get someone to even say one thing about them not helping. We did win, I made sure not to die butt the shyvana was avoiding battle as much as possible and was the carry. Why did his buddy say "It only takes one" (report to get me banned)? Employee? Or tried and tested method of getting people banned because they are professional trolls.

Can we PLEASE take the term "verbal abuse" a LITTLE more seriously? Do you think they were... traumatized or emotionally harmed in any way by me saying three sentences to them? Did I personally insult them in any specific way? Was I laying in to them to the point of actually distressing them? Could they possible have felt endangered or restricted? Is it acceptable for this person to get so upset and spaz on me, therefor justifying my punishment? Can I get reported for encouraging people to focus and asking if they're going to stay behind the tower all game? Reported for phrasing? Maybe assume more of a legal system view of the term "verbal abuse/Harassment" rather than taking the opinion of any old 16 year old.

Test: Harassment? Definition: aggressive pressure or intimidation. - So actually according to this definition telling/ordering someone do something rather than asking them is harassment. So... If you've ever said "go morg" in chat, that's harassment. And the inclusion of 'aggressive pressure' means harassment is rampant in our society and even pinging could be interpreted as harassment. Ridicule? definition: Contemptuous dismissal. - Slightly contemptuous maybe but not dismissive.. im requesting engagement. Intimidation? Definition: To frighten someone to do what one wants. - No, nothing frightening about what I said in any way. Please... explain this to me? Send me an email with the chat again please I didnt save it cuz it was cringey. I don't know how it would look with only my chat, that's annoying but you could fill in the blanks. It happened exactly as I said I'm pretty sure... Oh I did say something about illaoi not making your screen glow anymore and that bothered me. I'd probably edit that part out of the transcript just because I don't see how its relevant.

Furthermore regardless of what you read and agree to on paper, you are voluntarily signing up to play with real people in the real world and that comes with real expectations of positive and negative encounters with people. I think its just silly to demand that "every interaction on this platform must be the most positive interaction possible and if you express any doubt that you don't like someone report them to remove them." <- That is what is stupid. That is what I can't support. There is no vaccination against frustration. And you shouldn't write someone off just because they are complaining. I love toxic people. I get them. I'm human. I understand. None of you do? None of you understand what it is to be human and grow and learn and interact thoroughly, in such a manner as I am doing now?

Yes, things that are negative and detract from the game for other players result in you getting punished. Not sure why that's confusing.

And I judge you the same way. Most humans will judge you the same way - morally bankrupt - because you consider that you are more important than everyone else and that the rules don't have to apply to you.

Okay bro I'm going to give you a quick coaching session on how to NEVER get chat restricted or punished in general on league.

  1. Never say no tolerance phrases. This one is pretty simple and obvious.

  2. Avoid long draw out conversations. You are much more likely to get picked up on the punishment radar when you go on a huge keyboard warrior typing spree flaming people, even if your flame isn't that bad.

  3. End conversations. Either through muting or just not replying. I personally drop a classic "XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD muted and reported". Then move on and play the game.

  4. Stop playing other peoples games. By this I mean realize that they are probably baiting you into saying something reportable. Refer to point 3, Drop a long XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD and mute them.

  5. If someone says some delusion shit like blaming you for something that obviously isn't your fault, just drop an "XD muted"

I know a lot of this is controversial but I thought it needed to be said.

Why is this still an argument when you can just show the chat logs and prove you did nothing wrong? That is of course a different story if you are lying, which is probably the case lmao. It's not that hard to show chat logs. Just do it or I'm not going to believe you. Your "argument" is just hearsay based on what you are describing, which can be extremely biased. Just show proof, it's easy.

You can't complain, not post evidence (chat logs), and then expect anyone to go up in arms over your ban.

What this does is... it means you can only talk during games you're winning. If you ever talk during a losing game about whats going wrong with your teams play, you are liable to be chat banned. Like say the sej keeps roaming way out for no reason to ward and keeps dying and you ask them to stop roaming so far away from the team... that is toxicity and you should be banned. And That is why I am "complaining" (I'm not complaining, I'm having a discussion but you all seem to want to keep insisting there is something wrong with that. And I know there is something wrong with you all insisting that conversation is pointless, just accept it, stop worrying so much. Its all good until it happens to you, trust me it will, you'll turn 28 and your brain will start to see the entire world in a way that makes it criticize everything and you'll be like "omg wow so this is what its like to be "ok boomer", and its a physiological thing that no one can really help and we've just been punishing people for being humans for like two decades... for... NOTHING!" You think I'm making this up but trust me I am not. Get mad about it.. someday it'll be you who cares enough to "complain", and everyone will say "just shut up no one likes you".
