I'm getting sick and tired of this bullshit. Is what I said really honestly worth punishing?

I see a ton of worse toxicity in league games and seems like people just get away with it but not me. I'll admit that maybe what I said was not all the greatest, but damn I don't think I was so bad that I deserve to get punished. I've heard from people telling people to uninstall, that they have autism, that the team they get are noob feeders, i hear a ton of shit and im pretty sure those players dont even get punished for it, So I'm going to post the last recent game that got me chat restricted and tell me honestly, is it really worth punishing? Seriously this shit is getting annoying to the point that I'm going to literally mute everyone every single game.

This is my chat history for the last game before I got punished with a chat restriction. I understand the case revolves around what I said and not what others say, but the syndra and lulu on my team constantly were instigating to the point that If anyone had that background when looking into this case, they would say my behavior was reasonable. Keep in mind that most of the time, I'm merely explaining to my teammates why I choose not to go in because most of the time I am trying to not miss farm under tower, or the team is trying to fight an unnecessary bad fight where we are outnumbered or outclassed because the enemy is ahead. But in low bronze elo, people get mad at you for not helping out in bad fights and report you for trolling. Unless you just walk into the fight and die to save yourself from getting targeted by teammates where they spam the missing ping on you and spam the chat saying to report you. It really sucks that the chat only shows what I said so of course it will look terrible but if some guy was trying to do something bad to you and you fight back and if a case only looked at what you did, anyone would believe that what I did was wrong because I fought back and they don't know what the other guy did to make me fight back. League of legends is getting annoying to the point where it's either I mute everyone when in game or get in trouble for fighting back someone elses negative behavior and eventually getting banned.
