hi, i never got email on why i was banned

What is the message when you log into the client?

Same thing happened to me today. I got banned and i havent played a game in 5 days but i logged on yesterday to gift my friend. Log back in today and never got an email. These people are crooks man.

i dont think you get emails anymore they tell you everything once you log into the acount now

If you have nothing on your account when you log in, you'll have to contact support.

Looking at your match history , probably intentionally feeding. 4:26 Rammus, really?

It's because you botted, or bought an account that did. That's the reason.

E-mails are no longer sent out by default. Log in to your league of legends account via the game client for a reform card mentioning the reason.

• If it's listed as a behavior and you wish to know what may have led to the ban/suspension, mention what the reform card says, and copy and paste any chat log provided. Also please mention if you have received any previous punishments and your best estimate of when you received that punishment. Usually another regular here at PB&M can provide answers

• If it was due to suspicious account activity, (this can be told by the ban duration being some far off year typically), it means Riot has put a protective account suspension on it. Contact Riot Support to get it sorted out.

• If in doubt, open a ticket with Riot Support about the matter.
