does riot ban bought/boosted accounts?

in a game i played there was this adc main with a <10% winrate who played like a iron, yes that bad, and when you check his page, he had something like 70 games with vladamir with 89% winrate with smurf scores, stuff like 28-3, 20-0, 15-0 and now he is playing adc with 10% winrate in his last something like 50 matches? should i submit a report and show evidence on this or does riot just not ban him?

Yes, they get banned, but it happens in waves. This is so that those perpetrating the botting and boosting have a harder time figuring out how they got caught.

Yes, and you can tell when it happens because the boards light up with a bunch of people complaining about being banned for no reason at about the same time.

This is because those accounts get flagged for banning long before it actually happens.

I just happen to notice a lot of bought accounts (People who played bots for straight months) rampant in ranked games...they are usually the ones that feed hard or "doesn't care I have another account". Can we seriously do something about this.

I even faced some bottled accounts in ranked, idk if riot bans them anymore because there are too much bottled accounts and mostly bought by an dia+ smurf who wanna crush low elo.

They probably don’t do anything cause they benefit from it too. Otherwise I don’t see a point for letting an actual bottimg third party program run rampant in vs ai for so long. They’re probably the ones behind it for extra money from addicted losers who get permabanned and need new accs

No, unless the boosted account gets heavily reported and it's really obvious. Even then I'd be skeptical.

Many streamers have accounts bought from those websites, and they don't get banned so why would any of us?

I doubt it. There is so much boosted trash in Silver and Gold that it feels like you're drowning in it.
