the report system is messed up..

i literally had people say to me 'get cancer hope you die' 'you motherfucker' and all types of flames, people running down a lane, where they just pretend to be farming then just die to whoever comes to that lane and do it all over again, i had a game where we were winning then our toplaner said:' i didn't get any ganks i will feed' and literally lost us the game. i had all this and i reported every single one of them, and what a surprise, none of them got banned. this is actually more frustrating than getting flamed. please fix your report system.

most of the time you won't get an instant feedback report so..........

The instant feedback notification isnt meant to give you a specific player's account status. Its merely there to remind you that your reports are being looked at. Other people's account status is not your business, so they dont send it out everytime.
