the report system is messed up..

i literally had people say to me 'get cancer hope you die' 'you motherfucker' and all types of flames, people running down a lane, where they just pretend to be farming then just die to whoever comes to that lane and do it all over again, i had a game where we were winning then our toplaner said:' i didn't get any ganks i will feed' and literally lost us the game. i had all this and i reported every single one of them, and what a surprise, none of them got banned. this is actually more frustrating than getting flamed. please fix your report system.
