Sona The people who overview the chat logs ect. should be removed and replaced with new ones. Or if it's an automated bot that bot should be upgraded and made better. My Account was just permanently suspended because of the most childish things ever IT ISN"T EVEN BAD AT ALL. I was defending myself the entire time, and it shows completely if you take the entire games chat logs and read what everyone said. These are completely unfair and need to be changed. I want my account unsuspended right now, I spend over 250$ on this game/account. And it's gone like that... Their needs to completely be an actual person to review the chat logs and things. This needs to be changed immediately, and my account needs to be overlooked and I want to speak with someone, like chatting completely so I can explain and let them see it all self defense and that everything I said was correctly said and their was no abuse at all. Also, you can put in a support ticket at the top of the page and ask they explain it to you.

The easiest and most efficient way to actually protect yourself from a flamer/rager is to mute them. Even if you choose not to mute them, there is a large difference between retaliation (not allowed) and self defense (useless in most scenarios, but allowed). Regardless of who "started it", if you start attacking somebody verbally, you will be punished by Riot.

It's difficult to talk about specifics without seeing your chatlogs, so I'll try to explain on a hypothetical example. Consider the following situation:

Instigator starts a fight by saying: "Holy shit, you're 2/11? Fucking feeder!"

Response A: "I also have 30 assists you didn't feel like mentioning..." ---> Fine. Won't get you banned.

Response B: "I'm fighting my counter, not a lot I can do..." ---> Fine. Won't get you banned.

Response C: "I also have 30 assists you fucking asshole!" ---> Not fine. Attacking them will not make it less likely for them to harass you; in fact they might (just like you) try to "defend" themselves by further attacking you.

Response D: "Why should I care what you think? You are 3/15!" ---> Not fine. You're basically doing exactly the same thing the instigator is doing. An eye for an eye is an understandable approach, but ultimately you are again just making them more likely to retaliate.

Again, I don't know your chatlogs, so I can only hope you find this helpful.

Dude, Riot doesn't care if you're defending yourself or not. Defending yourself like you did creates more toxicity in the game and the community via the ripple effect. All you can really do is mute the person that is bothering you and suffering through whatever mistakes they make in the game for what, an hour at most? That's a blink in the eye of your life. If its that bad to where you have to talk like that to people then you should go to Xbox Live or something and flame people like that on there where its acceptable, unfortunately.

Gotta love when people say "it wasn't that bad" yet refuse to actually show their chatlog. If it wasn't that bad oh wouldn't have been reported and you wouldn't have been ban. Judging by the fact this is a permaban you were more than likely 14 day ban before, and chat restricted before that. You had numerous ties to reform and see what you did wrong to change. Yet refuse to listen and now ban.

Just an FYI it doesn't matter how much money you spent. It doesn't mean you are allowed to be toxic just because you spent money on this game (or anything for that matter) and with permaban someone actually does look into it so that there isn't false positives.

It just would have been wise to show your chatlogs so if you were innocent we could see it and possibly get a Rioter involve.
